Caleb Killian, D.V.M.
Dr. Killian is a 2017 graduate of Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine. He was born and raised in Shreveport, LA. He is a graduate of C. E. Byrd High School and Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. Dr. Killian is happily married to Camille Killian, who is also a veterinarian in the area. Together, they have one son, James, two mixed breed dogs, Taco and Lucy, and a cat named Annie. In his free time, he enjoys being in God’s great outdoors, hunting, fishing, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. He first started working for Dr. Ratcliff while in high school. In March 2021, Dr. Killian became the owner of then Ratcliff Animal Hospital, rebranding to Cornerstone Veterinary Hospital in January 2022.

Keith Ratcliff, D.V.M.
Dr. Ratcliff is a 1984 graduate of Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine and has practiced in the Shreveport area since. He has been happily married to Suanne Ratcliff since 1987. Together they have 2 children, 7 grandchildren, and 4 dogs. Dr. Ratcliff established Ratcliff Animal Hospital in 1994, selling to Dr. Killian in March 2021. Dr. Ratcliff is semi-retired, still seeing patients three days a week. He spends his free time herding grandchildren and gardening. Dr. Ratcliff is the president of the board of directors of Dream Hunt Foundation, a local non-profit, that takes disabled and terminal children on the hunting or fishing trip of their dreams.

Brenda- Office Manager
Brenda has been with Cornerstone Veterinary Hospital since 2011. She is married to Todd and together they have two daughters named Kaitlyn and Alexis, and 4 fur babied named Deuce, Dixie, Charlie Brown, and Kitty Boy. She enjoys quiet nights at home, and spending time with friends and family.

Amanda Registered Vet Tech and Staff Manager

Rebecca - Registered Veterinary Technician and Staff Manager
Rebecca is a native of Shreveport where she lives with her husband Gene and has worked in veterinary field since 1982. She has been working at Cornerstone Veterinary Hospital since 1994 and was awarded the Support Person of the year in 2004 by the Louisiana Veterinary Medal Association. She has one cat named Chuga. In her time away from work she enjoys working on her many art projects, serving in her church, spending time with her family, and riding her Harley Davidson across the country.

Amanda - Client Service Representative
Amanda has been with Cornerstone Veterinary Hospital since 2015. She is married to her husband Danny. Together they have 2 children, Christina and Dylan and 3 fur babies named Daisy, Flower, and Bubba

Anabelle - Veterinary Assistant
Anabelle has been with Cornerstone Veterinary Hospital since 2017. She has 2 daughters named Avery and Bayleigh, and two beagles named Dixie and Gumbo. Growing up, Anabelle always had a passion for animals and she loves making a difference in their lives on a daily basis.

Jill - Veterinary Assistant
Jill has worked at Cornerstone Veterinary Hospital since 2011. Jill and her husband Jeff have lived in Shreveport for 40 years. They have 3 children, 7 grandchildren, 13 dogs, 4 cats, 3 goats and too many chickens and ducks to count. Animals are Jill's passion. She rescues and re-homes all kinds of animals. She is the best kitten, squirrel or puppy surrogate mother. Jill spends most of her time rescuing, rehabilitating and finding forever homes for so many four legged babies.

Kelsey - Veterinary Assistant
Kelsey has worked at Cornerstone Veterinary Hospital since May 2021. She is currently a full-time student studying to become a veterinarian. In her free time she en joys reading and painting. She has one fur baby named Dobby.

Kaley - Client Service Representative
Kaley has worked at Cornerstone Veterinary Hospital since November 2021. She has always had a passion for animals and the outdoors. She enjoys mud riding, fishing, and playing baseball with her siblings.

Bristol - Everyone's Favorite Co-Worker
Born in 2009, Bristol adopted Dr. Ratcliff at 18 months of age. He accompanies Dr. Ratcliff to work everyday. He truly is the favored co-worker. His job duties include greeting clients, consoling, showing off his toys and being sure the toilets are always clean. He sometimes puts his nose where it doesn't belong but those sweet eyes get him off the hook quick.
